Each artwalk only happens because of community volunteers!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Assist with the booth set up, placing signs, & artist check-in.
Assist artists as needed. Errands include delivering water, monitoring booths, and carrying information from Main booth to artists' booths.
Sell artwalk merchandise, provide information to visitors, and greet all in attendance.
Photograph event for future publicity and web use. Must have high-quality digital SLR.
The volunteer committee that puts the Artwalk together is known as the Artwalk Posse as dubbed by founder Hollie C. Cost.
Under the direction of Tiffany Bunt, the committee is sectioned into subcommittees to ensure that each area of Artwalk is carried out successfully. Now, under the direction of Emily Gill, Montevallo Artwalk has added pop-up artwalks throughout the year!
